The Information Technology Services department is now offering support for the Research in Motion (RIM) Blackberry. This limited support includes the integration of the Blackberry device with your Novell GroupWise e-mail account and is available 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

You (or your department) are/is responsible for purchasing your own Blackberry to integrate with your Novell GroupWise account. You can purchase any model Blackberry from the cell phone provider of your choice, however, ITS has negotiated special pricing with two vendors.

How Do I Get My Blackberry Setup?

There are two ways to get email, calendar and contact information on your blackberry. One method is to use the Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) and the other is to be added to our university Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). What is the difference between BIS and BES?
