Help Desk

The IT Helpdesk provides the Loyola community with a single point of access for computer support. We are committed to providing both professional and timely service in logging customer service requests. 

Additionaly, we strive to resolve requests initially or refer them to the correct support areas within the Information Technology Services division. We continuously improve our services by educating our staff, measuring performance, and monitoring customer satisfaction.

Requesting Service from the IT Helpdesk

  • Phone: To contact the IT Helpdesk by phone, dial (773) 508-4ITS. Support Center office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Self-Service: You may submit a Call Ticket request via the web using ITS Self Service, click here.
  • E-mail: To submit your request via e-mail, send your request to helpdesk@luc.edu.
