May 2010
Sponsor: Facilities (Kosiba) / Project Manager: Various NIS Staff / Health: 

  • Preparation completed for moving ~600 personnel and their equipment out of Damen, Law school renovation ongoing. Rome Center renovation started and monitored.
  • Next Steps: 1) Relocation of Damen Hall departments; 2) Complete Law School moves, Cuneo Museum upgrades; 3) Review infrastructure requirements for Resurrection Retreat Center; 4) Continue planning the Rome Center infrastructure.

March 2010

  • Completed 20-24 Chicago Ave. build-out and the SoC convergence Studio.
  • Next Steps: Continue efforts in Coffey Hall construction, relocation of Damen hall departments, Mundelein RDC build-out, Law School renovations, Cuneo Museum upgrades, Rome Center Renovations, and Center for Varsity Athletics planning.

December 2009

  • 3rd Fl Granada Center, LT 9th, 16th and 17th floors complete.
  • Next Steps: Coffey Hall, Relocation of Damen Hall departments, 20-24 classrooms build out, and School of Communication studio.

  • Mundelein Phase 4, Spring Hill, Crown Center 3rd and 4th floors. 
  • Next Steps: (1) 3rd Floor Granada Center, Lewis Towers 9th, 16th and 17th floors, Coffey Hall, relocation of Damen Hall departments.

  • Burrowes House, College of Arts and Sciences move to Sullivan, and Book store transition to Follett completed.
