  • A workforce was formed in June and was charged to: 1) Provide an evaluation of the current metrics presence, both internal and external to ITS; 2) Assess current methods for reporting metrics within each unit; 3) Identify a recommended solution for the display and repository of metrics; 4) Evaluate portal solutions used in higher education and business entities.
  • Next Steps: (1) ITS Committee formed to develop the metrics collection and reporting process, (2) Evaluate and implement the reporting tool to be used for the collecting and reporting process. Currently, WebFocus, a product we already own, seems to be the solution.
