    • Project team formed and "pilot" project began August 1st.
    • Blackboard building block installed and partial "pilot" courses identified.
    • Next Steps: (1) Identify additional faculty for pilot, (2) Produce content for pilot through Blackboard, (3) Pre-assess consumption, (4) Assess consumption at end of fall term.
