Sponsor: LUC/LUMC (Kelly) / Project Manager: Pauliks / Health:

  • Built both the development and test environments to validate processes and design.
  • Successfully integrated rules for the Prospective Student Portal project into all environments.
  • Confirmed processes developed to support ID provisioning will function as expected by batch testing.
  • Worked with LUMC to remediate additional duplicate IDs uncovered during large scale testing.
  • Collaboratively with LUMC, revised the proposed structure for the production environment. Revision provides additional safeguards and protection from corruption issues and/or system failures for both locations.
  • Next Steps: (1) Complete the transition to the production environment and monitor the results to ensure that processes function as expected.

  • LUC administrators confirmed that our data view is pointing to the production environment.
  • Next Steps: (1) Attempt to establish a time frame for completion of clean-up and next phase of testing.
