  • Built a master table of data related to id-term grades.
  • Built summary reports with parameter selections to the detail.
  • IBI consulting was hired t build graphical reports designed by Loyola from the master table; IBI also built an alert summary report with extensive drilling to detail capabilities.
  • Loyola IS built additional graphical reports by academic year, student level, and grades.
  • Next Steps: Testing and evaluation of new reports by clients.
