  • Phase I is complete with successful rollout for new enrollments, billing, payments, and delinquencies. Phase II for multiple plan years and refinements has begun.
  • Next Steps: 1) Phase II on target for 8/1/2010; 2) Verification process (July) and Reconciliation of actual (Oct) are major milestones. 

March 2010

  • Most objects migrated to production. Final testing in PRE environment.
  • Communications plan in progress.
  • Next Steps: (1) Complete testing and modifications. 2) Systems testing. 3) On target for March 17 rollout to begin Plan Enrollment for 2010-11 academic year.

  • Online and batch processes coded and currently in user testing.
