Requesting Software Installation
To ensure the most stable, open computing environment, Information Technology Services requires that faculty or staff request the installation of teaching software in open-access computer labs and instructor workstations well before the beginning of the academic semester when it will be used. To make a software request for the 2015–2016 academic year, complete the Instructional Software Request Form (2015-2016).
- This year's software request deadline is March 16. This applies to all software requests for open-access lab and instructor workstations for the following terms: Fall 2015, J-Term 2016, Spring 2016, and Summer 2016.
- Please remember to include all licensing information and links to software installation files with the software request. All requested software will be installed with default settings/configurations unless special instructions are provided by the requestor.
- Software not submitted by the March 16th deadline may not be available at the start of the Fall term.
