Please keep in mind that J-Term is not part of the Spring term. Students can only register for a maximum of 3 credit hours for J-Term.
A waitlist will be created once a course section reaches full enrollment. To prevent automatic enrollment resulting in late-enrollment fees, waitlists will be active only until the Friday before the start of the term.
Impact of Incomplete Grades or Course Withdrawals for the January Term
It is in your best interest to complete all attempted course work for the January term. Incomplete grades that convert to the mark of “F” and the mark of “WF” will impact a student’s GPA as both marks count toward attempted hours. The mark of “W”, as an approved withdrawal from a course, does not factor into a students attempted hours of GPA. However, these grade statuses will directly affect your course completion rate as required by the Federal Satisfactory Academic Progress policy. For more information, please refer to the Satisfactory Academic Progress policy.
Withdrawal from J-Term
The last day to drop a class with a grade of "W" is Friday, January 9, 2015. For the complete Withdrawal Schedule, please refer to the J-Term Registration and Class Schedule.
