Welcome! This page is a resource for students that are preparing to move off-campus. Learn how to evaluate apartments, sign a lease, and meet neighbors. Also learn about your rights and responsibilities and ways to become more involved in your new, larger community. Video: “The OC Experience”
“The OC Experience” is about two current sophomores who plan to move off-campus next semester. Through watching the four-part video series and answering the quiz questions, you will learn tips for searching for an apartment, negotiating and signing a tenant lease, and moving into your new place.
Each video is approximately five minutes in length. Please watch all videos and then complete the final quiz. In total, watching the video and answering the questions should take no more then 30 minutes.
**If you are a current Loyola student that plans to move off-campus, completion of the video and quizzes by April 20, 2007 will enter you into a raffle to win your first month’s rent up to $400!**

To view and save a PDF copy of Your Guide to Off-Campus Living please click on Off-Campus Living Guide. Hard copies have been distributed in Campus Mailboxes. Also, copies are available in the Office of Student Life, Centennial Forum Student Union Room 100.
