Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree Program
Attorneys who desire a degree of specialization beyond the J.D. program, plan to do research or teaching, or wish to refocus their careers, may choose to pursue the Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. Admission to any of Loyola's LL.M. programs is competitive and is open to attorneys who have received their J.D. degrees.

The International LLM Programs are structured for a relatively small group of predominantly foreign lawyers and law students who will enjoy individualized academic counseling to create a rigorous curriculum that suits their academic and professional interests. The international LL.M. Programs offer two tracks: US Law for Foreign Lawyers and LLM in International Law with Focus Option. The international LL.M.
