Registration Information: Notice for First-Year Students
First Year Students
First-year students must register by LOCUS for their fall semester courses. In all cases, 1Ls must register for the same section of each of their courses (Civil Procedure and Property for full-time students; Civil Procedure for part-time students) to which they are currently assigned. In addition, full-time 1Ls must register for their new courses, Contracts and Constitutional Law I, in the same section (1 or 2 or 3) in which they are currently assigned; part-time 1Ls must register for their new course, Contracts, in the same section (1 or 2 or 3) in which they are currently assigned. In addition, 1Ls must register for Legal Writing II (the second semester for the Legal Writing experience) in the same small section (from 1 to 27) in which they are currently assigned. First-year students may not register for additional courses.
