Facility Usage

Unauthorized access to, presence in or use of university facilities or grounds is prohibited.
Only registered student organizations and university departments may reserve university facilities.
Individuals cannot sponsor events in university facilities.
Outside groups must have the sponsorship of a university department that is most closely related to the nature and purpose of the outside group.
Student organizations may sponsor outside groups with the approval of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
Requests from non-affiliated groups are not always approved.
While on campus, outside groups must follow all university policies. Any use of university facilities should be scheduled through Conference Services, following approval by the appropriate Loyola authorities.
