Facility Usage
- Unauthorized access to, presence in or use of university facilities or grounds is prohibited.
- Only registered student organizations and university departments may reserve university facilities.
- Individuals cannot sponsor events in university facilities.
- Outside groups must have the sponsorship of a university department that is most closely related to the nature and purpose of the outside group.
- Student organizations may sponsor outside groups with the approval of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
- Requests from non-affiliated groups are not always approved.
- While on campus, outside groups must follow all university policies. Any use of university facilities should be scheduled through Conference Services, following approval by the appropriate Loyola authorities.
