Taping Policy

Normally, requests from individual students to tape presentations using School of Law equipment or media personnel are not granted. Students who, for good cause, are unable to attend and who wish to have a presentation taped should make their own arrangements after they have received permission to do so.

Audio or video taping of presentations (including classes, lectures or other activities) in the School of Law is permitted only when approved by a member of the administration, and by the faculty member or speaker(s) involved in the presentation.

In all cases, audio or video taping of presentations in the School of Law must be in conformance with applicable state and federal laws.

In the absence of other directions, presentations which are taped by the School of Law media personnel will be placed on reserve in the law library.
