The Business Law Center Clinic (BLCC) will provide quality legal representation to small business entrepreneurs, mainly business and community-based organizations at low cost affordable fees. In appropriate cases legal representation may be provided on a pro bono basis. The BLCC is staffed by Loyola Law School students under the supervision of Professor Joseph Stone, clinic director. The BLCC adheres to the Code of Professional Responsibility and is committed to providing affordable quality legal services in keeping with Loyola's commitment to tradition and community.

All such costs are the client's responsibility in addition to the quoted fee. Any disbursements advanced by the BLCC are to be reimbursed upon the rendering of a detailed bill for any such advance (e.g., filing fees).
