Intellectual Property Careers
Loyola students have succeeded in obtaining jobs specializing in intellectual property for both summer associate positions and permanent positions. Students have obtain employment from intellectual property departments of large general-practice firms, as well as boutiques that practice only intellectual property law. Some of the Chicago-based firms include: Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, Brinks Hofer, Gardner Carton & Douglas, Jenner & Block, Kirkland & Ellis, Leydig Voit, Mayer Brown & Platt, Marshall, Gerstein & Borun, Sonnenschein, and Wildman.
In addition, students have obtained jobs in New York, Washington D.C. and Palo Alto.
