Federal Tax Clinic Class Prerequisites

In order to be considered for a Student Representative position, all applicants must be currently enrolled at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and have successfully completed the Federal Income Tax course.

Applicants must have also taken, or agree to contemporaneously take, the Tax Procedure and Litigation Course. These requirements ensure that the student representatives are competent to handle tax issues.
