National Hispanic Bar Association Moot Court Team

The National Hispanic Bar Association Moot Court Competition is open to members of HNBA who are of Hispanic descent. This competition focuses on problems of concern to the American Hispanic community. Recent topics include: racial profiling; whether police may conduct traffic stops based partly on ethnicity and appearance.
