Student Competitions: Giles Sutherland Rich Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Team

Sponsored by the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition focuses on issues of patent and intellectual property law. Winners of regional rounds advance to the national competition in Washington, D. C. To participate in this program, students must have completed an introductory course in Intellectual Property Law.

The regional rounds of the competition take place in Chicago for our Loyola team. The Intellectual Property Team will be bringing their fiercest competition this year!
