Unity in Diversity Week

Every year the School of Law celebrates Unity in Diversity Week. A variety of events is scheduled by student organizations to remind the law school community of challenges and achievements in the continuing quest of the law school, the legal community and the nation to realize real diversity.

Lectures, panel discussions and other academic programs address current and historical issues. Cultural events include the Taste of Asia (sponsored by the Asian American Law Students Association) and Pachanga (sponsored by the Latino American Law Students Association). The week traditionally concludes with the Barrister's Ball (sponsored by the Student Bar Association), the law school's annual formal dance event.
