The Intellectual Property Law Society encourages the participation of all Loyola law students who have an interest in intellectual property issues. It invites those who are unsure of their interest to explore this important and growing area of legal inquiry and practice. [The Society] IPLS conducts activities during the year that provide opportunities for interested students to work with faculty members and practicing attorneys and deepen their understanding of the issues. Student members support and participate in the national Patent Law Program, which is conducted annually by Loyola's Office of Career Resources. The Program brings patent law employers from throughout the country to interview prospective candidates in Chicago.
