Every issue of the CLR contains a section dedicated to emerging issues that may be of interest to consumers. In keeping with the CLR's tradition of promoting dialogue between practitioners, law professors, and the rest of its broad subscriber base, the Consumer News Section is written in an approachable style that nevertheless maintains the highest level of scholarship in the field.
