Financial aid provided by Loyola University Chicago School of Law is defined as any combination of educational loans, scholarships, grants, and/or Federal Work Study eligibility.
Tuition and fees for a full-time J.D. student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law for 2008-2009 are estimated at $ 35,120 ($34,890 tuition, $230 fees). Tuition and fees for a part-time J.D. student are estimated at $26,420 ($26,190 tuition, $230 fees.)
The fees include the cost of a CTA U-Pass which allows students access to CTA buses and trains while classes are in session. The U-Pass does not apply to METRA trains that run in and out of the city.
The total budget that was covered by financial aid for other expenses for both full-time and part-time students (room, board, books, transportation and personal, health insurance) for the 2008-2009 academic year will be $19,900. Loyola University Chicago School of Law's financial aid office serves J.D. students and coordinates with the university's Office for Student Financial Assistance (OSFA). Located in Room 1440 at the Loyola Law Center, 25 E. Pearson, the law school's financial aid office is open from 9:30 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 am until 5:00 pm on Friday.
