Online LLM in Business Law

The Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law program is a post-JD master's degree program for attorneys who wish to develop or enhance a special expertise in transactional law and compliance topics. 

Beginning in the fall of 2015, a 24-credit LLM degree program can also be completed exclusively online. The online LLM focuses practical skills courses and in-depth training in compliance, including courses in business planning, securities regulation, corporate compliance, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Online LLM students are eligible to sit for certification exams and to receive a certification of concentration in compliance.
