This symposium discussed the components involved in creating a high-quality early childhood program and offer legal and financial strategies for building a seamless system between preschool and school. The presenters detailed the social and economic benefits of supporting high-quality early childhood education and focused on how to form effective partnerships and collaboration in providing preschool for all children.
