We are excited to announce that this fall Annals of Health Law is converting to an online publishing format! The online format will modernize the publishing process, allowing for more timely publication of articles, a substantially increased audience and more publicity for authors. The new format will be free to all readers, and will include interactive features such as video interviews and advanced search capabilities
Advance Directive
In 2008, Annals launched an online component called Advance Directive. An advance directive is a legal document indicating an individual's preferences for future healthcare. Similarly, the mission of Advance Directive, is to create a forum whereby health law students can present ideas and shape our vision about future issues in the complex field of health law.
Informed Consent
In 2011, Annals launched an additional online component called Informed Consent. This publication responds to the need for a more immediate release of practical articles related to the fields of health law and policy. Consisting primarily of articles authored by practicing attorneys, Informed Consent is designed to provide healthcare attorneys, executives, consultants, and students in daily research and practice with practical guidance on novel issues, legal strategies, and cutting-edge analysis on the latest developments in health law.
