Center for Public Interest

Loyola University Chicago School of Law is a student-focused law center inspired by the Jesuit tradition of academic excellence, intellectual openness, and service to others.

Loyola is  nationally renowned  for its commitment to public interest and manifests its dedication to this Jesuit tradition of service to others by the many clinics, resources, and activities that provide opportunities for students to use their legal skills to help those in need.

Loyola’s commitment to public service doesn’t end at graduation: countless alumni are working in the public interest community directly or doing substantial pro bono work.
