Division Transfer
Students in either division (full-time or part-time) may transfer divisions, but only once during their matriculation at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
All students must acquire six (6) residency points in order to graduate. Students who do not fulfill residency requirements will not be permitted to graduate. For information on requirements for graduation, click here. For information on curriculum guidelines, click here.
Students in the part-time division (day or evening) who transfer to the full-time division are required to take certain courses according to a particular schedule. For details, click here.

There are other implications of a division transfer, such as financial aid and on-campus interviewing. Full information about all factors involved in a division transfer is contained in the transfer request forms, available below, which must be completed and submitted to Dean Faught for approval.
