Division Transfer: Part-Time to Full-Time

PART-TIME EVENING STUDENTS who transfer to the full-time (day) division after their first year must take the following required courses according to the following schedule:

Fall - second year


Property I (evening section)
Criminal Law (evening section)
Business Organizations (day section)
Federal Income Tax (day section)
Advocacy (day or evening section )

 Spring - second year


Property II (evening section)
Constitutional Law I (evening section)


Fall - third year

Constitutional Law II (day section)

Fall or Spring - third year

Professional Responsibility (day or evening section)


PART-TIME DAY STUDENTS who transfer to the full-time (day) division after their first year must take the following courses in day sections according to the following schedule:
