About

Erin Gasparka has spent the last seven years of her career in private practice focusing on white collar cases and internal investigations but also working in intellectual property, education, and animal rights law spaces. She frequently has represented individuals and companies that are the subject of government inquiries and actions concerning allegations of false representations, fraudulent claims for payments, and improper kickbacks.

In her advocacy, Erin is energized by studying each case’s full factual and legal landscape while advancing the themes and arguments that matter most to the unique objectives of each matter. Erin enjoys presenting information to others through written and oral communications and has presented factual and legal arguments, assessment findings, and resolutive recommendations to courts, governmental bodies, corporate boards, and in-house legal counsel.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Erin was a public-school teacher, and she is thrilled to be serving as an adjunct professor for Loyola’s Legal Writing Program - a role that meaningfully marries her two passions of law and education.
