Chris is an associate attorney at Howard and Howard PLLC, a law firm that concentrates its practice in business and corporate law. At Howard and Howard, Chris is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group, in which he represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as before state and federal agencies. Chris’s litigation practice includes all forms of business and commercial litigation, including securities, mergers & acquisitions, labor & employment, derivative lawsuits, shareholder disputes, antitrust, government enforcement, non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, and intellectual property. In addition to his role in the firm’s litigation practice group, Chris also represents certain clients in various corporate transactional matters, including business formation, operating agreements, internal controls, investigations, employment agreements, intellectual property, and non-compete/non-solicitation agreements.

Before joining Howard and Howard, Chris was a litigation associate at Hodges, Loizzi, Eisenhammer, Rodick & Kohn LLP, an education law firm. Following his graduation from law school, Chris was a judicial law clerk for Justice Kathryn E. Zenoff of the Illinois Appellate Court.

During law school, Chris was a judicial extern for Justice Michael B. Hyman of the Illinois Appellate Court, and he was the Managing Editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review.
