Victoria L. Bush-Joseph is Of Counsel to the Chicago law firm Ballard, Desai, Bush-Joseph & Horwich, a firm specializing in adoption and infertility issues, which she helped found. She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Loyola and later took her J.D. at Loyola, where she was a member of the Law Review and the Niagara Cup Moot Court Competition team.
