Liz Simon is a full-time mediator and arbitrator, focusing on commercial, labor and employment matters. She serves on a number of national panels, including the American Arbitration Association, EEOC, Federal Executive Board, FMCS, and National Mediation Board. She is also a mediator and trainer with the Center for Conflict Resolution. Prior to becoming a neutral, Ms. Simon practiced in the labor and employment area, working with corporate, health care and governmental clients.
