Lu Han
About
Lu Han works as an attorney in the Office of Associate Chief Counsel for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which is within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. From August 2008 to August 2010, Lu served as a staff law clerk for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals where she worked on criminal and civil appeals raising a variety of issues, including sentencing, civil rights, employment discrimination, and immigration. Prior to her clerkship Lu was a litigation associate in the Washington D.C. office of Winston & Strawn LLP. During law school, Lu served as an Articles Editor for The George Washington International Law Review; served as a Writing Fellow; and was a member of the Moot Court, Mock Trial, and Alternative Dispute Resolution boards.
