About
Mary Hanisch is the Program Director for the Center for Business and Corporate Governance Law and administers the Center’s online Master of Jurisprudence degree. She is also a Supervising Attorney in the Business Law Clinic. Prior to joining Loyola, Ms. Hanisch worked as a corporate paralegal at Polsinelli Shughart and as an attorney in private practice. She received a Master of Laws degree in Business Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Religion and Political Science from The University of Iowa.
