Biography
Jeffrey L. Kwall joined the faculty of Loyola Law School in 1984 and is a leading author and educator in income taxation. He is the author of the leading comparative business tax casebook and has published tax articles in many journals including the North Carolina Law Review, the Ohio State Law Journal, the Tax Lawyer and the Virginia Tax Review. Professor Kwall was a leading force in developing Loyola Law School's innovative and expansive tax curriculum, its tax certificate program and its accelerated LL.M in taxation program. In addition to his tax expertise, Professor Kwall teaches courses in financial planning and real property and has published in the Journal of Financial Planning and co-authored a leading property casebook.
