Jerry E. Norton
Professor


Biography
Professor Norton left private practice to do graduate work at Northwestern and then joined the Chicago-Kent law faculty. Besides teaching, he was the editor-in-chief of the Chicago-Kent Police Law Reporter. He has served as a consultant to the criminal law section of the American Bar Association and to the Illinois Defender Survey. He has commented on proposed legislation for several countries through the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative (CEELI) program of the American Bar Association.
