About

Mr. Nethery's legal experience includes more than 14 years of strategizing and executing domestic and international patent prosecution for complex electrical and computer technologies, engaging in infringement and validity opinion analyses, working with expert witnesses in support of licensing and litigation, and other intellectual property endeavors.

Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Mr. Nethery worked in industry as a computer engineer. His hardware and software engineering experience includes laptop computer design, fiber optic data communication systems, embedded controller design, FCC EMC testing and compliance, and local peripheral and video device bus mastering designs implemented with erasable programmable digital logic devices.
