About
Lisa is a member of PwC's Washington National Tax Services (WNTS) Mergers and Acquisitions practice, where she is responsible for consulting with the practice offices and clients regarding the U.S. federal income tax consequences with respect to the tax aspects of planning, structuring and executing various partnership transactions. She works with PwC's extensive team of tax specialists to provide tailored analysis of emerging tax developments in federal tax, administrative practice and procedures, and case law. Lisa has contributed to PwC thought leadership publications including WNTS Insights and Alternative and Renewable Energy Tax Newsalerts, and has published two articles in the AICPA Tax Advisor, "Allocations of Sec. 179D Deductions by Government Building Owners," (July, 2010) and, "Partnership Determination of Eligible Basis for Energy Grants," (July, 2011). Prior to joining the WNTS team, Lisa spent five years in the Chicago office of PwC working with client teams across tax, advisory and assurance services to identify solutions to business issues. Prior to joining PwC Lisa spent over 10 years helping large public and multi-national companies maximize their marketing and business development efforts through customer relationship development and cross-promotional opportunities.
