Katherine Streicher Arnold

 

Biography
Katherine Streicher Arnold has been an adjunct legal writing professor at Loyola University-Chicago's School of Law since the Fall of 2001. From 1997 to 2002, she taught at Loyola University Chicago's Institute for Paralegal Studies, teaching legal writing, legal research, civil litigation, torts and insurance law. Following graduation from law school, she was employed by Lord Bissell & Brook, where she practiced complex insurance litigation. She was subsequently employed by Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess, where she remains in an "of counsel" capacity. She is a member of the firm's insurance coverage and appellate practice group, representing the firm's insurer clients in commercial litigation matters and appeals filed in state and federal court. She was also designated a "Super Lawyer" by Chicago Magazine in 2005, 2006, and 2007, a distinction awarded to the "top attorneys in Illinois." In law school, she served as a Note Editor on the Board of Editors for the Indiana Law Journal. She has also published articles and seminar materials on insurance coverage issues.
