Theodore L. Banks

 

Biography
Theodore Banks is president at Compliance & Competition Consultants, LLC, a firm devoted to assisting companies in ensuring that they have programs that establish effective compliance and ethics programs that do not compromise competitiveness. He is also counsel to the firm of Schoeman Updike Kaufman & Scharf, the largest certified woman-owned law firm in the United States, with offices in New York and Chicago, where its practice concentrates on corporate and antitrust law. Ted spent more than 30 years in a variety of roles in the Kraft Foods Law Department, including Chief Counsel, Global Compliance. He has written treatises on corporate compliance and distribution law, and numerous articles on antitrust, compliance, and legal management.
