Robert A. Bedore

 

Biography
Robert A. Bedore is a partner with the firm of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP and practices in the Firm's Taxation group. He has handled and resolved hundreds of federal income, employment, estate and gift tax cases, by trial or negotiated settlement, involving an array of complex factual and legal issues, and asserted tax deficiencies, interest and penalties in the aggregate amount of several billion dollars. Before joining Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg, Mr. Bedore served as Senior Trial Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service, District Counsel, Chicago, Illinois. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois since 1975 and as a member of the adjunct faculty, teaches the law school's course on federal tax procedure and litigation.
