Neil A. Benchell

 

Biography
Neil A. Benchell is an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis, where he practices in the areas of intellectual property, Internet and e-commerce, patent infringement litigation, and trademark and copyright litigation. He received his undergraduate degree in computer science. After graduating from law school, he worked with Jenner & Block in Chicago before joining the Kirkland firm.
