Anna Bradley Debush
In the fall of 2009 Anna will begin a clerkship with Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Terence T. Evans. She has also served as a staff law clerk for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, handling criminal appeals and civil matters spanning a variety of topics, including habeas, civil rights, and immigration law. Prior to her appellate clerkships, Anna served as a law clerk to United States District Court Judge Ruben Castillo. Anna began her career as an associate in Jenner & Block's telecommunications practice, where she drafted appellate briefs for a number of state and federal courts. During law school, Anna interned with the Department of Education's Civil Rights Division and Aid to Incarcerated Mothers, a nonprofit organization that provides legal and social services to mothers who have been accused or convicted of crimes.
