Lydia Bueschel

 

Biography
Lydia Bueschel is a staff attorney at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She works in the court's motions unit, specializing in emergency motions for preliminary injunction and stays of deportation and removal. Lydia formerly served as law clerk to United States District Court Judge James B. Moran. Prior to law school, Lydia worked as a case manager for homeless youth.
