Kathleen Marie Burke
Biography
Kathleen Marie Burke is a Circuit Court Judge of Cook County. Currently, she is assigned to the Child Protection Division. Prior to joining the bench Judge Burke was an assistant state's attorney for Cook County in the Medical Litigation Section. In this position she was responsible for defending the County of Cook in medical malpractice cases filed against Cook County Hospital, now known as Stroger Hospital, Oak Forest Hospital and Cermak Health Services.
