Victoria L. Bush-Joseph
Biography
Victoria L. Bush-Joseph is Of Counsel to the Chicago law firm Ballard, Desai, Bush-Joseph & Horwich, a firm specializing in adoption and infertility issues, which she helped found. She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Loyola and later took her J.D. at Loyola, where she was a member of the Law Review and the Niagara Cup Moot Court Competition team. She practiced law as in-house counsel for AT & T and Ameritech before beginning her current practice. She served as the Chair of Advocacy of RESOLVE of Illinois, the state chapter of the national organization, and was a member of its Board of Directors for many years; in this capacity she drafted the Illinois Family Building Act and co-directed the successful campaign to pass the law.
