Biography
Carol Casey has represented children in child protection, divorce, and delinquency. Prior to working for the Office of the Public Guardian, she worked for the Lake County (IL) Public Defender's Office.

J.D., Thomas Cooley Law School, 1989


Present Position: Supervisor, Cook County Office of the Public Guardian
