Catherine M. Kelly

 

Biography
Catherine M. Kelly is an Assistant State's Attorney in the Civil Actions Bureau of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. She focuses primarily on researching and drafting legal opinions for various elected officials. Prior to her present position, Ms. Kelly was a Special Litigation Counsel in the City of Chicago's Law Department where she practiced complex federal litigation.  While residing in Los Angeles, California, Ms. Kelly practiced business litigation in the firm of Chapman, Glucksman & Dean and worked as a production attorney for Stone Stanley Entertainment.  She is also a published author of a law journal article.
